We rent our barrier-free apartments, classified with 5 stars by the DTV (German Tourism Association), in the center of Kempen under the following conditions:
Prices & Occupancy
Price Information
- Minimum stay: 30 nights.
- German tenancy law applies.
- Optionally bookable package: Towels, bed linen, kitchen linen (15,00 Euro / person / week). Weekly cleaning (1-2 persons): 20,00 Euro / hour.
- Final cleaning: 150,00 Euro / stay.
- The apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is possible on the respective terraces.
- One dog allowed upon request.
- Personal welcome and exchange of keys on site.
- Arrival as of 3:00 PM, departure by 10:00 AM (or by arrangement).
Booking Conditions
Terms of Payment
The deposit is 50% of the total amount at contract agreement. The balance has to be paid into our account no later than 4 weeks before arrival. In case of short-term booking 100% cash upon arrival.
Cancellation policy
If the tenant terminates the contract prematurely without naming a subsequent tenant who meets this contract on the same terms, the following costs shall be paid as compensation:
Cancellation before the start of the Rental
- up to 49 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price
- up to 35 days before rental: 30% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before rental: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before rental: 90% of the rental price
- later than 14 days before rental: 100% of the rental price
The landlord is at the same time endeavored to find a successor. The cancellation must be made in writing, the date of delivery of the notice to the lessor is decisive.
If the tenant breaks the stay prematurely, the entire rent is to be paid.
