The 85 qm / 915 sq ft, barrier-free 5-star apartment "Gasse" is located on the first floor of our well maintained three-family house and offers ample space for up to 4 people. In addition to the staircase in the house, you can of course also use a lift.
Living & Dining Area
The open-designed center of the apartment has a bright dining area as well as a spacious living area with a large flat screen TV (satellite TV), stereo and Blu-Ray player. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Kitchen
In the modern, fully equipped kitchen you will find a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, as well as a refrigerator and freezer, but of course also all the cooking utensils and household utensils you need. Short distances to the dining area or to the terrace are presented. Sufficient dishes and cutlery for longer stays also.
Bedrooms
Our apartment has two separated bedrooms with lots of daylight and darkening possibilities.
In the first bedroom there is a modern kingsize boxspring bed (1,80 x 2,00 m / 5.9 x 6.6 ft) as well as a spacious wardrobe.
The second bedroom consists of two single beds (1,00 x 2,00 m / 3.3 x 6.6 ft) with high quality mattresses, whose head and foot sections can be adjusted electronically in height. Also, here you will find a large wardrobe with plenty of space for your clothes.
Bathroom
The large, modern daylight bathroom is equipped with a barrier-free shower, a bathtub, a wash basin, a toilette, a towel radiator, bathroom furniture and a hairdryer. Bathrobes are available upon request free of charge.
Storeroom & Wardrobe
Here you will find the possibilities to store your jackets, shoes and suitcases comfortably.
Terrace
The 20 qm / 215 sq ft terrace is directly accessible from the kitchen. It is partially covered and can be shaded with a large parasol. The cozy seating furniture and the large dining table invite you to linger.

- Parking is possible directly on the property.
- Bicycles can be parked in the enclosed courtyard and e-bikes can be charged there. Rental bicycles are available upon request.
- A baby cot and baby high chair are available free of charge upon request.
